No plugs and wires just cause the spark. The mixture of fuel and air is off. Do you have a check engine light on. if so what codes are on it/?

Replaced spark plugs and wires on my 03 galant 2.4 but still hesitation i tested the coil packs if you unplug them while the engine running its runs fine plug them back up its hesitation again

Check the routing of the wires. Could be wrong. I believe the firing order is 1,4,3,2. If it is correct, clean the throttle body. On the inside, to include the back of the throttle valve. check the air filter.

Where is bank 1 o2 sensor/truck is shutting off when i drive it the code came back p1131/bank1 o2 at its lean limit/ probable cause misfire on bank 1 / vacuum leak affecting bank 1 / fuel injector problem...

They are located on the back side of the catylatic converteron the exhaust. The go into the exhaust and will kind of look like a spark plug that will have a small wire harness coming off the ends. They just unscrew and unplug.

Try some injector cleaner in order to see if the lean condition improves. Lean conditions can sometimes be caused by o2 sensors or other sensors that are not within specifications.

you may try your rotor button and distributor cap. and spark plug wires. try your map sensor also they tend to cause a lot of misfiring if they go bad.hope this helps.

Ford f-150 running rough

Ok P0174 Is bank 2 (drivers side) is running lean
P0350 is an ignition coil primary circuit malfunction
P1127 indicates the HO2S heater(s) were not on during KOER Self-Test and testing of the HO2S did not occur.Engine not operating long enough prior to performing KOER Self-Test.
P1780 means that the OD switch on gear shifter was not cycled off then on during self test.
I would recommend re-running your self test and make sure to warm the engine up first and make sure to cycle the od switch on/off during the test and recheck the codes.
P0174 lean code could be caused by a miss-fire and P0350 could be caused by anything in the ignition(coil,plug,wires,etc.).
If the P0174 and P0350 repeat I would concentrate on the cylinders in bank 2. If you have a spark tester you could hook it to each of those plug wires individually and look for a weak spark. or try and unhook each wire one at a time and see if you can find a weak cylinder that way by the amount of rpm drop and replace the components on that cylinder and retest.
