Hi Gracieland,
I found a manual on CD for my Daughters 99 Daewoo Lanos on ebay motors cars/trucks... type in 99 daewoo lanos manual and it should bring up some.

Make sure your fuel cap is tight.
Make sure oil and coolant is to proper level
If on still get it tested for free at autozone.

Yes, it is all part of the pump and fuel sender unit that is normally mounted through the top of the fuel tank.

Run only downhill,lol. Free up intake and exhaust, remove any unneeded engine accessories, install arrow dynamic improvements, run tires inflated as much as safe, stop dragging that boat anchor!

Need to apply high RPM in order to move my car

Hi ROn, I have the same car a GTI. It could be two problems with a manual Racer. It could be that your gear shift link is missing or worn and it is causing you to not be able to select the proper gear. Another problem could be that your plug wires are dead and not conducting enough current to the engine causing you to lose power. Check it out!

My daewoo racer eti 95 model, while driven i had experience that the engine stop 2 time, the i had restart its ok it starts,upon continuing driving about 15 kilometers travel the engine stop, when i starts...

You don't say what you are doing when the engine stalls. Are you stopped in traffic? Maybe the idle adjustment is too low. Maybe you have bad gasoline. No fire in the high tension cable means no spark? But the car would never run without firing. Maybe one spark plug is fouled, and you're running on three cylinders some of the time. Then you would notice a power loss from the engine, too.
