Question about 2001 Hyundai Accent
I had the same problem there is a hose that connects to your gas line underneath the car right by the the mouth were u incert the gas pump and it runs to a little black box take that off and you will find it is filled with carbon balls empty it out so you can pump gas faster.

Many number of things. Best you have it diagnosed by a professional technician. Sounds like the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) has problems. A good technician knows how to check it.
