I would suggest the fuel tank breather is blocked, sometimes bugs can build their nests in there blocking the hose,or maybe the vehicle has had an accident in the rear recently and the hose is kinked.

On top of the fuel tank beside the fuel pump. Accessible by removing the rear seat and detaching the inspection panel of the fuel pump.

Won't take gaskeeps clicking off no matter where you position the nozzle

If your fuel nozzle keeps clicking off while trying to fuel your gas tank then you may have a problem with your fuel tank pressurizing and releasing the pressure. Meaning your tank vent valve may be bad or stuck closed. this is part of your cars emission system and the only real way to check it is have someone with a scanner access the system on your car and check it. A technician can activate the different valves and switches in the system, check it for codes or other problems using a scanner with the proper software for your vehicle. Something you may can do yourself is just look at the hoses going to and from your fuel tank ensuring none are disconnected, collapsed or kinked, this could cause problems also. Hope that helps.

2001 Accent, suddenly won't start

your model doesn't use an Inertia cut off switch for the fuel pump, chances are the fuel pump has just failed, they do that quite often.

2001 hyundai, accent, fuel pump shuts off when putting in gas

fuel pump DOES NOT SHUT OFF.... you have a purge control solenoid valve that's sticking 'OPEN' an sucking raw fuel into the intake manifold... REPLACE THE PURGE CONTROL SOLENOID VALVE.

Many number of things. Best you have it diagnosed by a professional technician. Sounds like the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) has problems. A good technician knows how to check it.
