These fittings tend to cake up with dirt and rust try to flush out the connectors with a good penatrating oil like pb blaster o wd40 and try to twist tool in connector while trying to remove them usally takes some work but will get them to release aslo you may have to push in as though you are installing the connectors to get locks to fully release
