2000 hyundai elantra gls 2.0ltr.dohc-got hot & wouldnt start, got the head milled & still no start. got spark, fuel pressure is good, but pump is only running in start mode & not in run mode.

Haynes & others are too generic & not specific
to your model year

You need to purchase factory manuals in the future,
if you work on your own car,get what you pay for, as they say

Try Auto Zone Site

Some say you can sign up for free diagrams there, never tried that

Alldata professional data, is owned by auto zone & you can get a year subscription for one vehicle only, if that works for you

I personally-- would try a local shop & see if they will look up what you need & print it for free or a few bucks

How much should i pay for a fuel pump on a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am?

call local places and get quotes. in the back of the phone book look under auto repair shops or auto parts new and do some calling. Every town in the world charges different hourly rates for there jobs. Here in the midwest it would probally be around $200-$300. Now in say chicago, new york, LA, I wouldn't be surprised to sepend twice that much at least.......

Fuel pump

fuel pump, call local auto part stores and get estimates, then add on around 10% if you're haveing the repair shop take time out of their day to go get it. As for price to replace, should be between one and two hours. Each shop charges different rates. Bigger shops like dealerships will charger more. And of course, a small town will have cheaper rates then a huge city. So I can't give a good price, you just have to ask what their rate per hour is or just flat out ask for an estimate.
