Question about 1999 Buick Park Avenue
On my 97 Concorde, I located the radiator drain valve, a stop-**** type plastic valve.
I can turn it 90 degrees, and have the radiator cap off, as well as the bleed vent open - but no flow !
Does this type valve pull out to flow ? It really seems like 90 degrees is all it's meant to turn. I tugged on it to no avail but didn't want to break it, so I didn't push my luck.
I prefer not to just pull the lower radiator hose, although if no better answer, that's what I'll do !
Is one of these the same as yours
maybe the drain Chanel is clogged
a cable tie is plastic so poke one in the hole see if it starts to drain

You have to take the intake off in order to change..Its threaded in and the only wall to thread it in is remove intake. It wont screw in with the intake on because the elbow is to big and will hit block when you try to turn it..Have a great after noon..

i have found that some radiators dont have drian plugs, if you cannot locate the plug at or near the bottom of radiator then you can always take the lower radiator hose loose and drain that way
