Question about 2004 Cadillac Escalade
Lighter just don't work
I don't think there is a fuse....I think it is 'hot' all the time. If it does not work, wire broken or element broken.

Have you checked for voltage at the lighter? have you checked the ground wire. Look for broken or frayed wires.

SOURCE: I have a 2006 Cadillac
In the 2004-2006 model the lighter is under the hood, fuse is 22 or 23, and it is marked Aux or Cig.
The rear lighter instead should be the fuse F23 (20A) if present. The fuse is under the rear seat, and it is indicated as CIG/AUX/Power sockets.

OK, look for the 20 amp fuse that says "I/P OUTLET" and the relay that says CIGAR RELAY in this picture (relay is below the highlighted "HDLP WASH RELAY MINI--OPT"// the fuse is to the right of the highlighted relay.
