You washed it how .. with a pressure washer??you either floded key electrical components with too much water..or it blew some water into certain places it wasnt supposed to go..may be able to clear it up by spraying in there with wd40 on wires and connectors to draw moisture out..also coat the coil wires to the plugs..

The P0123 means Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit High Input.
The P0300 means Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
Clear the code with OBD2 code scanner. If it comes back on, you
still have an issue.

P0123 is a TPS/Pedal Position Sensor A Circuit High Input code. P0162is an 02 Sensor Circuit Malfunctoin (Bank 2 Sensor 3) problem.

CODE PO221 IS THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR 1 - 2 RANGE CORRRELATION CONDITIONS. POSSIBLE CAUSES TPS SENSOR 1 CIRCUIT IS OPEN SHORTED TO GROUND OR HAS A HIGH RESISTANCE CONDITION, THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY IS DAMAGED OR IT HAS FAILED. ECM IS DAMAGED.

Has a new tune-up, but still stalls idail low


Mine did that.. Cleaned throttle body with carb cleaner.
Darn new Bosch plugs were junk so I replaced them with AC Delco. Idle speed picked up and it's been fine since then...Bosch plugs showed a slight mis-fire at idle every so often on the scanner.

get it hot and leave the hood up,hopefully the heat will dry it out.
NEVER pressure wash a modern car its full of electronics(its like putting a t.v. in the sink.....)

Check engine light


Please be advise that if you drive this and the check engine light is flash on and off. you should not drive it any more till you find the problem because you can cause more damage to the truck if the light is flash. there are many things that could cause this running condition: TPS, EGR, Bad injector, Idle air control and more would need to know codes that are in the computer, engine size 2 or 4 wheel drive, does it have A/C, Cruise, traction control, ABS brakes, then I maybe able to help you
