"fraid not. Where did you get that information from? The entire back seat and rear panel has to be removed before you can get to these speakers. If you have proof of otherwise, please provide.

All the 2000 camry's are the same. The rear deck has to be removed (after taking out the back seat and a side panel. I now have pictures on how to do this and don't think I want to go through this to replace two speakers.

Wish it was as easy as removing the grills, but they do not come off.

My right rear speaker is not working. How does one replace or even access the rear speakers in the 1986 camry? It seems that it requires full-on removal of the rear seat.

The speakers your referring to are in the deck above the rear seats next to the back window. You can gain access to them through the truck. Hope that helps..

Replace rear speaker grills on 2004 Toyota Camry

To remove that whole lid you need to remove the rear seat. the bottom half just pulls up and out and the back side pieces have two bolts down low, one on each side, then you can remove the rear seat back and that lid should be held in place with either bolts or push pins. The lid should come out and give you access to replace the speaker grills.

1994 toyota camry door speaker replacement

Does speaker have an external cover on it, on the outside of door panel? if yes, remove it and speaker porobaly has screws holding it in door. if no, just slots/smalll holes, cut in panel & speaker is concealed behind panel, then the panel will have to come off. Once you get to the speaker it's relatively easy from there.

How do you remove the rear speakers on a 06 toyota camry?

You need to remove the entire rear seat, the bottom & the seat back. Remove both of the rear inner C pillar trims, remove the rear parcel shelf, under the back window.
The speakers come UP from where they are mounted. You cannot take them out thru the trunk.
Hope this helps, and thanks for choosing FixYa.
