Question about 2002 Toyota Sequoia
Today the beep stopped when locking via the key fab. The two beeps still work when unlocking. I've discovered that the passenger rear side door lock will no longer roll to the unlock position. I believe this is the root cause of the problem. What do you think?
Very possible. Each lock has to fully complete it's movement in order to send an "all lock" signal to transceiver. If not, you may wake to a dead battery as the alarm retries the last command to lock repeatedly.

First of all, check ACC fuse in the driver side junction box. The central controller for power door locks is the body ECU. From your description it may be working only partially. Can the doors be locked using a key? If so, this would indicate the actual locking mechanism is OK. Do the front door lock control switches lock the doors?
