you can look under the carpet above the tank,but most newer vehicles you just remove the fuel tank,usuall two bolts that hold the straps,you will need special tool for high pressure fuel line connections,about 10 or 15 bucks at your local parts store,make sure you get the one for your make of vehicle,hope this helps,aloha from maui todd0708

Release fuel pressure.Remove neg battery cable. Drain cooling system.Remove front cover.Remove timing belt. Remove water pump. Remove timing belt tensioner and slowly compress in vice. Install water pump then install tensioner and belt. timing belt runs water pump!
