The turn signal flasher is usually located in the convenience center, under the dash, on the left side kick panel. In all cases, replacement is made by unplugging the old unit and plugging in a new one.

Hope helped with this (remember rated this help) Good luck.

Using the driver's side kick panel as a starting point, follow the main wire loom up to the bottom the dash ( where it meets the firewall ).
The flasher connector is shown to be right at the intersection of the firewall, dash, and the main wiring loom from the driver's side kick panel.

Where is the electronic flasher located on a 2003 ford f150

In a flash / relay block to the right of the steering wheel column under the dash. The bloc is black with a black relay and flasher installed, could be covered in tape depending on the manufacturing plant your truck was built at.
You will need a flash light when you go looking for it.

Is the 4 way flasher switch a spst that triggers abrelay? I have a 2010 F150

the 2009 + MY F-150 has been changed a lot from the previous MY F-150s.

The MFS ( MultiFunction Switch ) now is only signaling the SJB ( Smart Junction Box aka Cab fuse panel ) as to which side needs to flash. The SJB flashes the correct side ( L or R or both ).

What this means is '09+ MY, no more flasher relay.

Where is the turn signal electronic flasher located on the 2003 ford f-150

The flasher is in the same relay block as the blower motor relay. It is just off center of the steering wheel column under the dash, behind the knee panel.
It might still have a cover on it, so you will need to take a close look.

Start by checking to make sure you have the correct size bulbs installed. If they are correct then replace the flasher relay. It is located Front seating area, driver side, under dash, mounted on top of brake pedal. If that does not cure the fast flashing, you may have a bad ground connection or the turn signal combination switch may be bad.
