Question about 2007 Mazda B3000
If you have not yet replaced the clutch master cylinder , that will be the cause of the problem
once that is replaced the pedal will come back to correct height

The fuse that feeds them is no 22(15amp) in the interior fuse panel,however this fuse feeds the park lamp relay so if your park lamps are working this would not be the problem.
I would suspect that you have a loose or unplugged connector. Most likely connector C913 located behind dash in the top left corner above emergency brake pedal.It will be a round 4 wire cavity connector but will have only 2 wires in it BK/GY and VT/WH.
