First off, Hondas do not run MAF. If the car seems like it is driving better than before the light came on, it could be that the code just hasnt cleared yet. My 95 accord did the same after a fix, I just had to drive it to run the drive cycles.

both are located in the exhaust system. You have to get the car off the ground and follw pipes. You cant miss the O2 sensors.

Hi,welcome to fix ya.
p0171 is for a lean fuel condition .A variety of things can cause this code the most common one is a bad o2 sensor but a plugged injector, fuel filter or dirty egr system can cause this as well.

From page 232 in the 2007 Honda Pilot Owners Manual.
1. Turn the ignition ON.
2. Press the Select/Reset knob until the engine oil life indicator is displayed.
3. Press the Select/Reset knob for more than 10 seconds. The engine oil life and maintenance item code(s) will blink.
4. Press the Select/Reset knob for another 5 seconds. The maintenance item code(s) will disappear, and the engine oil life will reset to "100".

you need to rent an 02 sensor socket and use a ratchet and the socket to remove it, there are two on the exhaust pipe one before the cat, you can see it on the exhaust pipe and one after. normally the 1at one goes out. cost $75.00 please rate if helpful.
