You may have the wrong line.. its probably a vent hose..not a supply line..take the hose loose and blow air pressure into the tank.. if no gas comes out, its a vent line..

The fuel pressure regulators can be replaced separately on the 1996 and newer 4.3 "W" CSFI engine but not on older CFI engine where the injector and regulator are only serviced as an assembly. You will have to remove the upper intake and then all you have to do is remove the clip and replace the regulator.

SOURCE: 2000 mustang 3.8 l motor makes rattling noise when driving

the 2000 ford Mustang has a factory defect. there is a missing Baffle in the Valve cover which is allowing oil to be sucked in to the combustion chamber through the PCV valve. the Fix is to install a filter or to install the new valve covers you will need to buy through your local ford dealer.

SOURCE: 1989 mustang gt 5.0 fuel

Was looking at posts and other sites. I take it that some relays are even under seats. Anyway, Apparently the ECU relay and the ECC relay are linked. When properly operating the ECC brain sends a signal to the ECC relay and the ground wire is tan/green. The brain can be throwing the signal and the relay terminals are not receiving the signals, so the relays cannot switch.

Although you have replaced some relays, you need to check your plugins for these 2 relays.

How do you adjust an electronic clutch on a 96 Mustang GT 4.6 L V8

There is no such thing as an electronic clutch. Assuming your talking about the clutch associated with the transmission. The clutch is engaged via a cable going from the clutch itself to the clutch pedal through the firewall. There is also a clutch quadrant under the dash (attached to the pedal) that is self adjusting. If this goes bad then you need to replace it. What is the issue your experiencing?

Replacing fuel filter in 2001 chevrolet tahoe

Not difficult to do. Chevrolet Tahoe is a small metal canister that is connected to the fuel line, it is located near the vehicle's master brake cylinder on the driver's side of the engine near the firewall. Remove carefully trying not to spill fuel around any other rubber lines, replace in reverse order as removed. Changing the fuel filter is very simple and can be done in approx. 45 minutes.
Good luck..

The first thing is to check for a bad vacuum, under the hood. There is either a check valve,or a vacuum reservoir involved in this vacuum system.Look for a canister(could be round like a ball or look like a can or any shape)under hood, most likely hidden under a fender. If not found, look on passengers side of car, near the windshield next to fender and firewall. The check valve is a small plastic device, with a vacuum on each side of the check valve. It could be busted or the vacuum could be collapsed or have a pin hole in it.If you can not find any thing wrong, replace the vacuum lines that go to this system. If it still does not fix the problem, replace the vacuum control switch in the dash.It is located in the control selector. If I can help, let me know.>>roniecon@gmail.com

96 GT gets hung up on defrost

Sounds like you need to check the vacuum line that feeds the three vacuum switches controlling the airflow to the cabin. Find the vacuum distribution block. It located to the right of the master cyclinder and is mounted on the side wall in the corner. It has several hoses connected to it. The smalled line (1/8 in) diameter is the one you need to check. follw this line along the firewall to the other side of the engine and you'll see it connected to another connector that then feeds into the firewall. Good luck in finding a replacement line.
