Probably not just follow the lines from the pump to the rack. If there is one it will be towards the grill area either to the side or in front of the radiator.

How can transmmision fluid leak from rack and pinion

No, no, it just can't. Only power steering fluid goes in and out of the rack and pinion. Transmission fluid travels through the cooler lines (a supply and return line) to the radiator or a separate cooler in front of the radiator. Check again. Is it transmission fluid or power steering fluid? Transmission fluid may be leaking onto the rack and pinion.

If the powersteering fluid runs through a cooler,,Then you may have a clogged cooler..Which would overheat the fluid and cause it to burn up..When you say gone out do you mean its noisy or hard to turn??

Power steering cooler line rusted out.. can I bypass the cooler completely without any problems this may cause to the power steering pump ?

The cooler is for a reason, without it the oil willl get hot and affect the steering. It might be ok on shorter trips, but you really dont need a steering failure.

They do make power steering leak stopper although I have never had much success with it. I don't quite understand what you mean coolant lines for power steering because that I know of on your vehicle I don't believe there is a cooler for your power steering.

Power steering leak from part mounted under frame looks like a type of cooling coil

I would guess if it looks like cooling coil it is a power steering cooler. Will need to be removed and repaired or replaced. Some radiator shops can repair oil coolers.
