You must set the car on TDC and remove the Valve cover, crank pulley and timing covers. Loosen the powersteering, AC and alternator belts and put them aside.Drain the coolant. If you are going to reuse the timing belt, mark the exact tooth with whiteout on the cam gear and timing belt so when you put it back you are not off. Loosen the tensioner with a 14mm and remove the timing blet. Use a 10mm socket t oremove the WP bolts. The water pump is located to the right of the tensioner. replace the WP and timing belt. Use a screw driver to put some tension on the tensioner while you tighten it. To put everything back together it's a reversal of the process.

Good luck and I would recommend you atleast get the maintenace and repair manual. 20 bux at any autoparts store.

the water pump runs off of the timing belt. if you have replace a timing belt before on it you can change the water pump once you get the timing belt off. if you havn't changed a timing belt before better to take to a shop as they will have all the right tools to do the job. hope this helps mike

SOURCE: How do you change a waterpump on a 1992 Honda

It's damn near impossible without the right tools. But it should be located on pass side. close to the wheel. You might have to lift engine up or have a really hard time trying to squeeze your hands throught the little opening in between fender & motor.

check your wiring for dirty connections or broken wires, you may have wires that are rubbed through or connectors that are not making full contact. you will need an ohm meter and check wires for continuity. a wiring diagram will be needed.

I would suggest you check your drivebelt/fanbelt tension and waterpump.

Over heeting changed switch ,thurmastat ,cap

hey if you changed all of that, i think the problem is the waterpump, my car had that problem and finally i found that that was leaking from the waterpump, but very carefull if you change it because if you move the timing belt the wont start. a mechanic charges around $225.00 to fix the water pump, the water pump is around 42.00 to 50.00 don't pay more than that.
