My buick seems to start with a rough idle but cleans up and runs good, sometimes it is hard to start and i have to finesse the gas pedal till it cleans up!!

there is a fuel pressure regulator located on the fuel rail. it is round and silver colored and will have a rubber hose coming out of the center of it. Remove the rubber hose and see if fuel comes out of the regulator. if it does replace it.

If it doesn't than you'll need to check fuel pressure with a fuel pressure gauge. If fuel pressure does not hold steady and falls rapidly than you may have a bad fuel pump.

If you have any questions let me know and I'll be happy to help.

My passenger window will just fall down and when i hit my power window button you can hear the window motor moving..i havent taken the door panel off yet..any suggestions

psbowlchoker, Sounds like the window has fallen out of rail, When the glue or opoxy gets brittle it happens. The rail is moving witthout the window in it. Get your self some door panel tools and go for it. Also get the door panel buttons, no matter how careful you are they always get buggerd up somehow. Two part epoxy- metal-weld is the best bet to re attach the window to the rail. good luck

Gas line leaking by engine how do repair that?

Where is it leaking? If its at the fuel rail fuel pressure regulator you may need a new regulator if leaking on the metal part. If its leaking at the rail side its just the "O" ring. Relieve fuel pressure(push in valve under plastic cap right side beside alternator on rail. Remove the torx screw holding regulator bracket. Pry out and replace "O" ring, reassemble. If its not the regulator it may be a fuel injector, you need to remove the fuel rail and replace both the upper and lower injector "O" rings. This however needs the intake manifold removed to repair.

Whats wrong with my 1995 buick lesabre when i start it it dies, then start again and dies?

sounds like a fuel blockage, remove the supply hose from the fuel rail and turn the motor over to see if fuel is coming through, if no fuel check the fuel filter, if no fuel you could have a faulty fuel pump in the tank if that is where it is located on your car

Replace fuel injector

The procedure to replace the fuel injector in Buick Lesabre Is as follows:-- 1) you will require a ordinary flat screwdriver, a needle nose pliers, a 10 mm socket, 6" extension and 1/4" ratchet. 2) First of all take the engine cover out then pinch the fuel rail connecting fittings at the base and lift off the two hoses. Note:-- Do this when your engine is cold. 3) Then bleed off the pressure in the fuel rail first. Take care you don't damage the fuel rail while bleeding the fuel pressure because a new one will cost over $ 200. 4) Loosen and remove the four nuts holding down the fuel rail. Disconnect all six electrical connectors to each injector. 5) Carefully lift up the fuel rail. Pry off the clip holding the top of the injector to the fuel rail. Pull the injector out of the fuel rail and then out of the intake manifold. 6) Install the new injectors and replace top and bottom o-rings. Reassemble and check for any fuel leaks. Thanks.

Need diagram of engine to replace fuel filter on 1995 Buick LeSabre

The fuel filter is located inside the frame rail, just ahead of the passenger-side wheelwell opening. It has a threaded fitting on the forward end, and a quick-release clip on the back hose attachment.
Caution! The fuel is under pressure. Wrap a rag around the quick-release fitting as you release it, to catch any spray. or first relieve the pressure at the test port on the injector fuel rail (under the plastic engine cover), again using a rag to catch the fuel spray. Wear safety glasses, and only do this when the car is completely cooled off. You WILL spill some fuel while doing this, so have a catch container, and/or spread oil-dry/cat litter on the ground under the filter area. After changing the filter, turn the ignition "on", which powers up the fuel pump, but do not start the car. Now check for leaks at the filter, and at the test port, if you used it to bleed off fuel pressure. If everything is dry, you are OK.
