When I dive slowly seems ok, but as soon as I depressed accelerator, there is ''Bang'' sound from engine somewhere then engine stopped. I thought maybe transmisson has the problem, so I flushed transmmisson. But the problem still there and I ound today that when I turn on the air condition, the samething has heppened, ''Bang'' engine stopped. So I think May somewhere else has problem. Is anybody got idea what is the problem? Much appreciate it.

After driving long enough to get to operating temp if I shut it off and then try to start it ithin 10 minutes it acts as if the battery is dead. won't turn the starter but battery shows full charge an

To recharge the current taken out of the battery during start up requires at least 10 -15 miles driving. Driving less than that, progressively drains the battery available power until it has not enough power for another start. Such a battery "resting" for more than 10 minute might regain enough power for a start but is inherently flat. Put it on a battery charger for at least 12 hours or go on a 2 hour or more drive. It should be OK for quite a number of starts even when doing short distance driving. If it is showing the same symptoms directly after to 12 hour charge/drive get the battery tested at a garage or battery dealer who will be able to tell if the battery needs replacement. If the battery test OK there might be bigger problems like a blown top gasket or problems with the starter motor.

TAZZ SOMETIMES DOES NOT WANT START

Sounds like you need to get your battery fully charged on a battery charger and then tested at a garage. Driving will put some charge in your battery but not fully charge it. After your battery has been flat it is less likely to fully recharge and the alternator is designed to keep the battery topped up rather than fully charge it. Jon

I was driving my car pulled into the garage came back out the next day wont start, it cranks but thats it?????

Engine cranks - battery and starter ok. Check for fuel flow. I have seen fuel pumps go out like shutting off a light switch. Shut the car off and just 10 minutes later car will not start because fuel pump failed.

make sure your battery cables and battery post are clean no corrosion and no battery acid .and check all ground straps sometimes when backyard mechanics do repairs they sometimes leave some ground straps off thinking they are not needed and will cause all kinds of weird things to happen like you describe

Mitsubishi space star (x reg) stalling on idling and on stopping

This problem apears when the battery has been diconected for some time. Start the car, and leave in in idle without driving it for about 10 min. The car runs fine after that.

Starter

I dont think your problem is the starter i think its the alternator, which is a dog of a job to change. Simple way to check is leave the engine tick over with your front lights on, look at your lights while someone revs the engine, the lights should get brighter if not then 100% certain its the alternator. I build these engines and trust me, take it to you LOCAL garage not the dealer(to costly) its hard to get to, but the local garage will be a lot cheaper and you will get the same result. hope it works for you(let me know) good luck matt
