On the front brake caliper, the bleeder screw is on the top of the caliper- that goes for the right or left side. It has a small black rubber cap on it to protect it from rust.

How to chassis lube a 2010 chevy malibu

You are not taking a boot off the grease fitting. The little rubber boot you're removing is the dust boot for the bleeder valve on the brake caliper. The 2010 Chevy Malibu,as with most cars, have non-serviceable suspension parts.

Bleeder valve where is it

Are we speaking of brakes or coolant system?
If its brakes the bleeder valve is located on the the caliper usually has a rubber cover over it. On most it's either a 8 or 10 millimeter socket to brake it loose.
And if your speaking of the bleeder valve for the coolant system it's located on top of the thermostat housing. Hope this helps you out.

I need to release the caliper on my 99 chevy venture cuz my brake is stuck. not sure how to go about this. I had it fixed last week and I was told they blead the brake line n now its acting up. I cant go...

Hi,
Just unscrew the bleeder nipple of that brake caliper( you could see it beside the hydraulic hose on top of the caliper ), after a couple of pump from the brake pedal until some fluid comes out, re tighten the bleeder screw, so that you could move the car to the nearest garage and have them check the brake master.
The problem is the brake master valve/cups that was stuck and the hydraulic fluid would not return into the brake master sleeve, thus the pressure mounted up into the brake calipers.

Hope that helps you.
Thanks for asking FixYa!

How do you depress the rear caliper on an 07 malibu when changing the pads

The best way to do it is to open the brake bleeder valve on that wheel, get a

large C clamp that you can put on the caliper and as you tighten, the caliper

will start to collapse, once collapsed close the bleeder valve, take off the brakes.

good luck!

Installation of brake hose 1999 chevy malibu

Unscrew both end's of brake hose, remove old hose and install new one, don't forget to used both brass washer at caliper end on hose (should come with new ones) after you have brake hose on open caliper bleeder vale, I belive it's a 10mm, will be on the very top of caliper point up, wait till you have brake fluid coming out ( don't let your master cylinder get empty of brake fluid, after you see brake fluid coming out close bleeder valve, now have some one pump the brake peddle about 5 or 7 time's and hold peddle down, open bleeder to let air out keep doing this till on more air come's out of bleeder valve and your done.Good luck, hope this was very helpful.

Changing brakes

You use a c-clamp to compress the piston. Don't remove the hose or you'll let air in.

How do u bleed the brakes or better yet where is the bleeder valve on 99 malibu

on the back of your caliper. Loosen it, stick a hose on it, have the other end of the hose submerged in a pop bottle half full of brake fluid. Pump the brake until there are no more bubbles. Hold the brake down, remove the hose, tighten the bleeder screw before you take your foot off the brake. (or your buddy's foot)

I need help changing my brakes. my car is 99 chevy malibu. I cant seem to take off the big part!

I'm not sure what you mean by the big part. The caliper is held on by 2 bolts and the caliper mount is held on by 2 bolts. both must be removed to remove the rotor.
