Why is there loads of white smoke coming out off my exhaust bad an I think oil two ???

the main problem caused by white smoke is either steam which is head gasket leaking water into cylinders /and will also have condensation or water out of the rear end exhaust ,or if running ok and no loss of water in radiator and starts ok then could be a mix of fuel .but if you are loosing water then its the first problem.
As if it was oil burning then its black smoke you should have not white.

Del sol looses water wants to run hot cant see water leak

Look for unusual white smoke from the exhaust or signs of oil nixed in with the coolant. This can be caused by a failed head gasket allowing coolant to leak into the combustion chambers and/or oil galleys.

Sounds like a head gasket is giving up. Do a compression check, and research the parts you need to do a head rebuild.

Loosing a lot of coolant

it has to be either leaking somewhere, or it is going through the engine-check passenger floor for heater core leak, or a hose/clamp leak near or over the exhaust. Is the system holding pressure when hot? {squeeze the upper radiator hose when hot, you should feel it as a solid hose, that is not collapsed}. If you have pressure, it is some sort of external leak if you do not see smoke coming out the exhaust.

White smoke coming from engine and exaust.

I'd have to see it in person. A small amount of coolant in the cylinders can make a big cloud of white smoke. So a head gasket or intake gasket could be leaking but yet be tough to find. If you start loosing coolant you'll know. Meanwhile I would probably not drive it very far from home for a few days/weeks.
Keep in mind, if it is very cold where you are, regular water in the exhaust is going to cause "fog" out the exhaust.

Engine over heats with thermostat out

Possible cylinder head gasket? Is it loosing water? Check engine oil to see if is contaminated with water, inside of oil filler will be a sludge brown colour. Any water coming out of the exhaust or white smoke (steam). Need to have the system pressure tested.

the weakest link from water entering engine is intake manifold losing its torque. their are four water ports right next to valve ports. two in front two at rear of intake manifold. they warp fairly easy.so check before re installing

check if there is visible smoke coming out of the exhaust after using your car for like an hour. If there is visible smoke your car's engine is probably leaking oil from the inside. You need to have your engine rebuilt. If the theres no visible smoke, try to check if your car is loosing water from the water reservoir really fast. Also, check if your radiator fan is still okay.

1993 TOYOTA TERCEL 1500cc Valve Seals Replaced now smokes much worse

You either have had the wrong valve seals installed, they are physically missing, or the valves are incorrect (too loose in the guides/stem too thin). The rocker arm seals will not contribute to your issue. If it did not have the oil smoke before you took the head off, the issue is with whatever the machine shop did. Valve seals have to fit TIGHT, or oil will go down the valve stem into the intake.
Take the head back to the machine shop & tell them to fix it. For free.
