Question about 2000 Chevrolet Lumina
When I sitting at a red light, my cars starts shaking. It feels like someone is behind me pushing it. As soon as I give it gas and go, it does fine. Can anyone please help me to figure out what it is? I thought it was bad gas, but I put Lucus in it last week. It stopped shaking for about a week, but now it's doing it again.
Seems to me the transmission is locking up. Have the tranny oil replaced by a reputable workshop or good friend :-) just remember to replace the filter, located inside the tranny. For this the tranny sump plate need to be removed, and the work area must be very clean.
