Radiator fluid leaking, not from radiator or hoses going into engine block. Comes out from above transmission pan.

If the leak is back there? sounds like an intake gasket or head gasket if you ruled out the hoses

I have a mazda mpv 2000 and something red colour is leaking from it. is anyone knows what it is and what should be done to fix the problem?

I didn't realize that that red fluid was coming from my 2000 MPV until the transmission burnt out in the middle of a four hour drive. I highly recommend checking the fluid level (top it up if it's low) and getting it to a mechanic. You may save yourself a couple thousand. My leak was at the front of the car, driver's side. Just a tiny little hole in dull silver tube...

O/d light flashes and shifs hard from first to second and from second to first

Check the tranny fluid level. Check the tranny pan for leaks and the lines for kinks or leaks. If you can clear the problem up by topping off the fluid, I would have the tranny fluid and filter replaced for good measure. If the problem persists even with no leaks and proper fluid level, the tranny is most likely getting ready to go. If you have to; I highly recommend replacing the tranny with a used one that has been tested and comes with warranty rather than paying through your nose to have the old one rebuilt. A basic rebuild for your tranny is around $1800.00 and can be higher depending on what's wrong. A good used tranny will most likely be around $600.00. Hope this helps. God bless!

My 1984 chev s10 blazer 4x4 2.8ltr is going thru up to 2-3 quarts of transmission fluid a day. I'm a single mom with little resources please tell me where to look for possible leaks

First, take a look underneath with the engine running (be careful as the exhaust pipe is very hot, and, don't reach up where the fan is). A leak that severe is usually a cooling line (there are two that go from the trans up to the radiator) or from the converter seal (inside the bellhousing where the trans meets the back of the engine) The first isn't too expensive to repair, the second means trans removal and costs a lot.
Also check the transmission itself as the pan gasket or the side linkage seal can also leak.
Once you find the leak, you can decide what to do about it. A leak that large should not be hard to locate. If you see a lot of smoke at the tailpipe, the other way you can loose that much fluid is if the vacuum control on the side of the transmission is bad. then, you won't see anything on the ground but will be burning it in the engine. Only other place you can loose fluid is into the radiator in which case you will need to replace the radiator.
In any case, you will destroy your transmission if you continue to drive it leaking that badly.
I'm hoping that the leak will be in one of the lines.
Good luck!!

Transmission leaks, clunks into gear

Well your clunking noise is most likely the u-joints the leaking pan is the tranny pan what you would have to do is get a tranny kit and change the pan gasket tranny filter and fluid or take to a shop and have a tranny service done.

How do I drain transmission fluid (2000 sable ls(dohc))?

On an automatic tranny, the tranny oil pan is removed to drain the tranny fluid - a somewhat messy job. Typically when this done the tranny filler is replaced. A new pan gasket is installed in this procedure.
On the manual tranny, there is a drain plug at the bottom side of the tranny to drain the oil.
I have used a home made setup using a suction pump with small diameter tubing to **** the fluid out from the tranny filler tube. This is when I was replacing the filter and I dropped the pan. I did the suction routine to avoid all that fluid dripping out when you loosen the pan.
Have you located the leak? Is it from the tranny oil pan or maybe from a tranny cooler line?
