SOURCE: 2004 Pontiac Montana blows cold air in defrost

There is a mix damper inside your duct that controls the heat over heater core and ac evaporator that to your floor and one to your defrost. it is probable an electric actuator, that is not functioning properly. If yu can locate it and manually move it, you might have to remove the actuator motor first, you should be able to figure out your problem, I hope this helps! merry Christmas!

SOURCE: 2002 Pontiac Montana, No Heat, I put the temp control on

the cabel from the heat dial to the heater box behind the dash could be snaped or jamed thus not opperating the lever which operates the flap which open and closes the heat box next to the matrix. or if your coolant is brown in colour it could be your matrix is clogged with sedament and needs flushing out. or it could be your water pump not pumping coolant round your engine or it could be a knackerd thermostat i hope these will help you id start with the easyest first thermostat

It blows out hot air even when the air in the front is cold

Hard to read your question, do you mean it blows cold air out of the front vents and hot air out of the rear passenger vents?

If the air coming out of the front is just cool and not cold, and the rear vents are warm, you have low freon and need to have it serviced.

Rear air only blows out hot air, front air is fine

I had this problem once, with my 1999 Montana. I topped off the freon and that fixed the problem. If the AC system is low on refrigerant, it won't cool the back area like it should.

The ac blows hot air in the front and cold air in the back

Either the door that controls whether air from the heater or ac is stuck in between or the ac system is having trouble. Minivans sometimes have seperate compressors for the rear and front.

Air Conditioning blowing cold out of all but 3 front vents

Vacuum line has to be connected to this system in order for it to work properly.

01 Montana blows cold in rear, not front

Only one charge port. You probably have a leak in one of the lines under the vehicle.
