The flex will have brown and neutral, same as UK. If it does not, seek more help.

I have a 1997 Tahoe 350 4wd. I just need the wiring diagram for the trailer hitch. The wires are there but there is no connectors. I have also found the orange and blue wire for doing the electric...

please dont ask me iam colour blind ,but to overcome this i use a multimeter or a little light and test for current this way ,going by the so called wiring colours is a disaster for me not only the colour thing but the wireing can change colours owing to different suppliers of looms in manufacture ,they run out of one colour and use another ?? you name it i think i have seen it

Trying to put a flat 7 pin plug for a trailor in my car camry sv21

Use a multimeter, and test each wire individually as you turn on/off lights. You won't need a colour code with this method.

Color of wires

Hi Red, Sorry to tell you this pal, but the Toyota's we have worked on do not have a colour coding format for most of the wiring loom. A cable which is loomed from the speed sensor can be one colour going in and another colour coming out because Toyota join cables of any colour, presumably for cost effectiveness. The cable can be identified from the pin number inside the management computer, or by downloading a pin out diagram from <www.allpinouts.com> Regards John.

The toxic fume monitoring warning light is constantly illuminated on my 2002 1.4 clio. also the car is runnning very lumpy as if it is running on 3 cyclinders. can you identify the problem pls. tks.

hi from uk the light on is saying for some reason exhaust emmisions are incorrect therefor missfire =runnig on 3 cyls resulting in one of cyls is emmiting unburned fuel into exhaust possibility ? so 1st diy checks you can do?= remove each spark plug and compare each as to colourof burning? you are looking for one ? plug difference in either colour or damp/wet ? or brown in colour compared to other three if you find one? then concentrate on this cyl ? this plug may be defective/not firing? look for crack/s in porceline ? or it may be the plug lead or the ign coil that feeds this lead with spark?to plug you could check spark to plug by fitting a good plug to lead then hold plug to engine earth turn engine over with keyignition on check if plug is sparking ? if not? may be lead or coil if spark present? then try with origional plug out of that cyl this thenif not sparking would suggest plug fault ? however if the plug of the cyl in doubt was brown more than other three ? this would indicate possible exhaust valve leakage/burning out ? if you try above suggestions that i hope you understand ? i hope you find fault ? however if you find fault and req further info? by all means keep in touch if you req advice/more info best wishes n/west of uk

I need to connect airflow meter, distributor and other loose plugs but dont have colour codes. I need a wiring manual or diagram with clear colour coding.

As much as I remember from my Mazda most of the plugs don't have to many colours and they are different size and have different pins and sockets, try to match few of them and you will see it is not a big deal

Does a mk4 golf coolant sensor have 2 pins or 4?

Hi,
you did`nt say which engine so,as rule yes they have 4 pins but are identified by different colour sensor tops or the plug colour,if your give the V.I.N number and engine code to a dealer they will supply the correct 1 ,as VW modify all engine parts over time.
