When I first start driving the transmission work fine ,then when I slow down it shifts into 2nd. and won't shift up again. So i stop the car , start it again and then it shifts fine again until I slow down...

I was told by a Chrysler tech that it's the shift solenoid located in the trans. pan. There are 4 of them and you have to have it checked to see which one. You don't want to replace all 4. About $80.00 at a dealer! Mine does the same thing. 2004 Concorde lxi.

Hey their does the 2007 Chrysler sebing have gear oil that needs

As far as I know there is no gear oil to change on most front wheel drive cars with and automatic. If you are changing the transmission fluid make sure you put the right stuff back in it. Chrysler has there own fluid specs. If it has a manual transmission the the differential is built into the transaxel and there should be just the one gearcase. There again make sure you use the right oil check the owners manual.

The starter is mounetd to the bottom of the engine either left or right of the fly wheel..
Look for the fly wheel.. Really big round gear.. The starter spinns that big gear & turns the motor..
Good luck..

thats alot of money to commit yourself. If a mechanic puts the wrong part on it doesnt cost you if you complain that it didnt fix it You could do it yourself with no gaurantees.

Lurches foward when changing gears and revs engine by itself while changing gears and when slowing to stop

On the side of the transmission there is a nut and bolt together that is your baned ajustment if you tighten that bolt all the way down and back it off 2 7/8 turns backwards .If that not it there is one more inside the tranmission pan and do the samething.
