I have a 2003 Town and Country mini-van and I lost power to all my ... In addition to this my wipers, headlight controls, blinker controls, power door locks, and A/C/heat controls are out as well. The odd thing is that the power windows work, the power sideview mirrors work, the radio and ceiling lights also work.

set it on full cold, set it to panel vents, blower motor to high. hold the wash and rear wiper buttons on the control head until all the lights come on. it will run through different tests, different lights will flash and alternate, and when it is done the rear wiper button will flash if everything passed. push it and everything will go out. if other lights still flash when it is done, you have failed the cooldown test because the a/c doesn't work right, or a door calibration did not pass.

If the brake lights and turn signal lights work, then there may be a bad fuse. Check the fuse box.

Have you lost the chip out of the key?? try the spare key before you go any further

if the lights are flashing this happend when the battery was replace or unplug,
the radio power supply or cd changer are damage and needs to be replace or repair

I had the same problem after I changed the battery. No radio but power to the CD changer for a month. I finally went back and took the terminals off and cleaned them REALLY good. Works again!

it mite sound weird but your alternator mite be the prob like the diode on it can be out and it will make your car not start that is why your gauge jump like that so next time your gauge's jump as you try to start it but it just clicks it mite be the alt. hope this will help people out there.

I'm having the same problem, although I didn't get the 3 left 3 right thing until I reinstalled the dvd changer to see if it worked. The Haynes manual for Chrysler Voyager & Town & Country 2003-2006 has the steps you'll need to remove it. Just refer to page 11-18, 11-19 for removing the instrument panel, then page 12-9 for 'radio' removal. If you can't get the manual let me know.
