No SparK? (So This Guy Says) or Fuel Problem?

So....About a month ago i was driving and when i made a left turn my car died. The power stayed on (lights,radio,ect..). Check gauges,Check Engine,Air Bag lights came on. Tried restarting, It was cranking like it wanted to start, but it wouldnt. The drunk old guy across the way said its the fuel pump and that im not getting fuel... A friend that is currently going to school for car repair said that im not getting a spark and that its not the fuel pump... tried many different things, Replaced the... Coil, Ignition Control Module, Distributer Cap, (the rotor inside that also) and the Fuel Filter. Still cranks like it wants to start....Nothin... ALSO TO KEEP IN MIND

(*I have two 12 inch subs that were up all the way when the car died.)

(*Sopposably I have a blown or warped head gasket thats causing me to leak alot of fluid, Trans fluid, oil?, and coolant.ect.)

(Car guy banged on the starter....whaterver that does...said its good...)

Based on the information above can anyone tell me what they think is the problem is here?
What are all the things i should do and check to get this car running?
(besides takin it to a shop)

Does it have a contact point? If does then check capacitor filter if it have near distributor if it is shorted. I just only learned the old ignition way. Its all I can share.

Replaced the fuel pump about 8 months ago and it decided to die on me while i was driving on a major highway this morning. its only 8 months old. i need info about the fuse, relay and wire harness?

There is a relay and fuse, but the alternator is what normally keeps the fuel pump powered, so that it will shut off if the engine stops in an accident. I would start by simply checking voltage at the pump. You should get a few seconds of power to the pump every time the key turned on. It should not stay on if the engine does not start.
It might not be a bad idea to put a pressure gauge on the fuel rail. But you can hear the pump through the tank filler.
The relay is top row, 4th from left.

My 94 dodge 4x4 was losing power then died, what would it be

Is engine getting fuel ? Do you have spark at spark plugs ? How long ago did you change the fuel filter ? Did you just fill or add gas ? It might have been bad gasoline ( WATER IN SYSTEM )

I have a 1990 Ford Bronco 5.0L Eddie Bauer. It takes a while to keep the truck idle but when it warms up it seems to stay idle but will die every once in a while. I have to feather the gas pedal to keep...

I cannot see any of the other comments that have possibly been posted to you by others. It sounds as though the fuel pump is not "feeding" enough gas and is peetering out at high chance have you done a fuel pressure check? Also, the fuel filter can give you some problems similar to this.

Waiting for your reply.......

I have a 93 altima that will crank but will not start...about a couple months ago i went to my work and shut off my car. it was running fine when i shut it off.. when i came back out and started my car...

this year model is notorious for fuel related probs...check the remainder of the fuel system, injectors, and the fuel pressure regulator also verify that the fuel pump is actually running and getting the correct amount of power to the pump itself..... it may not be bad just not getting enough power

Engine turns over but wont start

When you changed the Battery you likely have "erased" the computers memory and the security system I might try locking all the doors and opening them with the key, see the security system shuts off the fuel injectors and even though you have spark and fuel at the rail the injectors are not allowing fuel to the cylinders.
You can confirm this by spraying some carb cleaner into the air intake and crank it over see if it tries to start. This will tell you if its a fuel problem for sure.
