Question about 1990 Mitsubishi Mirage Hatchback
Are you turning it the right way, most harmonic balancer bolts are backwards thread, if you have tried both directions put a socket and breaker bar on the bolt then rest the breaker bar (still attatched to the bolt) against the chassis and then turn the car over with ign, the bolt always tightens against the rotation of the engine so the turning of the starter motor will undoo the bolt for you. hope this has been helpfull.
