Question about Hyundai Motor 2003 Elantra
2003 hyundai elantra will not shift out of park
Can you move the shifter and it wont go into gear or will the shifter not move at all?? if shifter wont move, there is an electrical solinoid that will not allow the shifter to release when the car is off, that could be faulty, i think it also has a safety mechanism that wont allow it to shift if your foot is not on the brake? if the shifter moves through prn321 but the trans wont come out of park, you have broken the shifter cableand or damaged the shifter mechanism in the trans. hope i have been of some assistance

dear friend-remove the cable from the gearbox, then move the gearshift to see if that is free.if that is free then move the link on the gearbox to see if that is normal.that should give you a idea of were the problem lies.

its kind of uncommon but I have seen both Low Beams burn out at the same time, but first check to see if your vehicle has a separate relay for the high beams and one for the low beams if so replace the low beam one if that is not replace both head lights, and it that is not it the only thing left is the head light switch itself.Hope this helps good luck
