I believe the part you are looking for is the blower motor for the a/c and it is located under the passenger side dash near the glove box.

It could be any number of things...easiest to most complicated: The buttons on the dash may be bad. The 4x4 computer inside of the right kick panel on the passenger's side. The shift motor on the driver's side of the transmission, to start with. I'd be willing to bet that it's the buttons themselves. I hope I've helped. If so, please leave a testimonial and rate my assistance to help others find this answer in a similar situation. Thanks for using Fixya.

My truck is stuck in 4wd but it there's a burning smell coming from that box that's on the passengerside behind the kick panel. Wjat is that box called an what does it control. My fan motor want wrk an...

Remove fuse #15, 10A and see if 4x4 disengages. Your truck has a Transfer Case Control Module that may be what's behind the kick panel. As for the horn and fans not working I can't see a direct electrical connection between them.

1999 Chevy S10 Blazer 4x4. Replacing rear pad's,& Bleeding Breaks

have one person in the blazer pumping the brake pedal and then hold to the floor, crack the bleeder then tighten, release pedal, repeat till all air is out one side at a time, if this does not work then your ABS unit is bad witch if u follow your lines from your master cylinder u will find a black box with a motor on it, or the master cylinder itself is bad, it also can cause u to have no pedal, replace the master cylinder first, most likely cheaper.
