I checke the fuse and the Relay switch. and it was all fine

I believe the previous person whom answered your previous question on the NO Start asked you if you had pressed your Fuel Pump Inertia switch in to Reset it? I saw that you had indeed replaced the fuel pump relay but I didn't see that you had done this yet. I've attached a picture of the Fuel Pump Inertia switch location on your 1998 stang. Hope this helps you on your no start. I hatre it when you try and do something to improve your baby and she slaps you in the face with another issue. Try this get back to us. here. Ryan MN

Fusible link location

Look for your ecu relay its above your mustangs ecu. Look behind the passengers side scuff plate. Its kinda tough to reach on the 87-93 5.0 Mustangs it may be easier on your 4 banger try to access it by releasing the glove box retainers by squeezing side of box once opened it should pop loose for you. Now look to the right there should be a Classic 80's style ford relay take this relay off replace it also check your fuel pump relay as it may be causing these issues. On my 87 5.0 the fuel pump relay is under the drivers side seat, yours might be in the same spot if not look for the relay located by maf in the engine bay. The relay looks identical to the ecu relay replace this also might as well since you're troubleshooting a car over 20 years old...... I think you can get them for 5-10 bucks at any auto parts place. hope this helps you or another person with the same issue on their stang. Look at picture for what these relays should look like I circled it for you.

Where is the fuel pump lacated on the car 2004 chevy cavalier

The fuel pump is located in the fuel tank. The fuel tank will need to be removed from the vehicle in order to service the fuel pump. If you have any questions i'll be happy to answer them. Thank you for using fixya.com!

Fuel pump relay location

The relay is lacated under the hood possible location would first be in electrical juction boxes, yours could have up to three of them, it would be marked under the cover of the lid, the other place it could be is at the passenger firewall, usaully three or four of them together, If there is three the fuel relay is the center, if four it is the third from left

93 stang fuel pump wont run

Do NOT wire 12v directly to pump!!! the battery can punch out quite a bit of amperage without a fuse wired in and can either fry the pump or melt the wiring and start a fire. only getting 7volts at the pump suggests there is a resistance build up somewhere. Check the terminal connections for corrosion. Could also be issue with the computer. Check engine come on?

1988 mustang 5.0 efi flooding engine will not start fuel pump constantly running, fuel reg. replaced will actually fill and with fuel and only fire if pedal is to the floor?

Step one
Click the key forward BUT don't start the car listen for fuel pump to pressurize and shut off. But if the pump keeps running change the fuel pump relay switch under drivers seat. If its pressurizing and shuts off then its not your fuel pump. Fuel pressure at rail when idling is 30 psi.
Let me know what happens cause I know alot about Stangs had 2 5.0
