Can't find raditor drain plug on 1997 camery

If it is there, it will be obvious to you, located on the inside bottom edge of the radiator, a little tap about 1 inch across.

There are many cars out there which don't have a drain plug, and on these you have to loosen, or remove, the bottom hose from the radiator.

Is the drain plug on a 2005 Nissian Altama on the bottom of the raditor or where and do I have to remove the cover underneath to get to it?

their is no drain plug you have to remove the bottom hose to drain system ,after flushing make sure you put back a 50% antifreeze solution ,do not use only water as it corrodes the inside of the engine and i know their are some very inteligent people out their who have learnt everything their is to know about cars from the bar room know it alls ,Summer is coming and you done need antifreeze ect and blah blah but you do need it all year round

I'm trying to perform a radiator drain (flush) on my 1999 Buick Century Limited. I need to know how.

drain raditor fluid then take off upper and lower hoses and put your house water hose in lower raditor hose and turn on water and let run for about 5 mins. to flush out raditor.
then run in top hose to flush back then lower hose again. that should clean it out.

I was wondering where the drain plug is to flush the coolant out. Also, what is the best method to flush out the radiator? I have a 2000 Grand Am.

There is a drain plug on the engine compartment side of the radiator at the bottom of the plastic tank. The best way to flush your cooling system is to get a Prestone Raditor Flushing Kit. You can use a garden hose to flush the system out.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE THERMOSTAT ON A 1998 CHEVROLET LUMINA 3.1

FIRST OF ALL YOU HAVE TO DRAIN SOME COOLANT.JUST ENOUGH SO COOLANT WONT FLOW ALL OVER ENGINE.AND COOLANT TO EXPENSIVE ON THE GROUND.TO GET TO THERMOSTAT.YOU HAVE TO DISCONNECT CONNECTORS TO MAF EGR IDLE SPEED CONTROL AND IAT SENSOR.. REMOVE THROTTLE AND SHIFT CABLES FROM BRACKET.REMOVE AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY WITH MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR.REMOVE BOTTOM PORTION OF AIR FILTER HOUSING.REMOVE COOLANT HOSES FROM THROTTLE BODY.THEN REMOVE THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY.YOU HAVE TO DISCONNECT SMALL COOLANT HOSE TOP WATER PUMP.REMOVE SMALL BOLT THAT HOLDS METAL COOLANT LINE TO WATER PUMP.THIS LINE HAS TO BE MOVE JUST ENOUGH SO YOU CAN REMOVE THROTTLE BODY.ONCE THROTTLE BODY OUT THE WAY YOU CAN REMOVE THERMOSTAT.BESURE WHEN YOU PUT EVERYTHING BACK TOGETHER.REPLACE THROTTLE GASKET AND THE COOLANT HOSES COME OFF THROTTLE BODY BESURE TO USE OLD COOLANT HOSES MEASUREMENTS FOR NEW HOSES MEASUREMENTS MAKE SURE YOU BUY THE CURVE HOSE FOR THROTTLE BODY. DONT TRY TO USE STRAIGHT HOSE IT WILL KINK AND CAUSE NO COOLANT FLOW.WHEN YOU ARE DONE.FILL COOLANT BACK TO CORRECT LEVEL AND BLEED COOLANT SYSTEM.
