Sounds like you have a fuel problem, try changing the fuel filter, then if the problem persists, it will more than likely be the fuel pump. it is probobly still pumping, but just not enough psi so when the pump warms up, it shuts off.

Sounds like you might have damaged the fuel delivery system a lot of people dont realize just how bad running out gas is for your car it could be a number of things it could be the fuel pump, the carb or injectors not quite sure what your car has but either way the best thing to do is to take it to a shop and have them look at it

1994 Cadillac deville starting problems

As with any no start issue, someone will need to check for spark at the plugs and fuel pressure at the injectors to proceed.
Could be a relay or the fuel pump, or a long list of things.

Jeep ran out of gas wont start now

low oil on some models will stop it from starting however I would say you have a fuel filter stoped up this happens sometimes when you run a car out of gas they pick up trash,

Maybe you got a load of bad gas that has a lot of water or contaminants in it? Pulling and draining the fuel filter to see what comes out of it will give you an idea.

Just a thought. How low was the tank when you filled up. I know alot of sediment builds up and have heard of similar problems. So I have made a habbit not to go below 1/4 tank to prevent from clogging the fuel system. That is what I would check. It sound like you have a good hold on the mechanical aspect. Verify your fuel inlet screen at the tank or the filter is not clogged. Only other thing I can reccomend after that is have a reputable shop do a systematic pressure check on the lines starting from the fuel source. Good luck.

No Power sometime, Engine Light is Flashing

If fuel filter hasn't been done lately I would start there & if you can, have fuel pressure tested while your at it. You may have tired fuel pump but pressure test will confirm. If you recently filled up somewhere different last time you got gas, I'd also try some "Heet" or similar just incase you got a tank full with some water in it.
