YOU WILL NEED TO DISABLE THE AIR BAG AND REMOVE THE STEERING WHEEL.THEN YOU WILL SEE THE WIRE OR WIRES THAT HAVE RUBBED UNTIL THE BARE WIRE IS GROUNDING OUT ON SOMETHING INSIDE.
