Question about 2003 Kia Optima
It appears that the entire outside headliht casing needs to come off - I hesitate as it is mothers car - don't want to make things worse
Im not positive but it looks very similar to my moms 2006 honda accord which goes through bulbs like there nothing...on her car in order to change the bulbs you actually have to pop the hood and look down towards the light and you can see the bulb make sure that you take out the blinker bulb and not the low beam bulb also if it is on the right side you may have to remove the battery to see the bulb so look on the left side first and if you can see the bulbs then you will know if you need to take the battery out or not
