My car shakes when I used the brakes KIA Rondo 2007

rotors out of round calipers sticking drums oval you should start by removing the front calipers and check if they are working and sliding properly then check the rotors if blue or rusted that should solve the problem for a brake job at this time you might take off the rear as well and check the same if are drums or discs for drums you need to check the wheel cylinders for working if rotors then same thing but before doing all this does the steering wheel shake or the pedal if not sure try handbrake upon braking to see if the rear is the problem or the front

A bad break rotor would make the vehicle shake on deceleration only. It sould like you need an alignment.

Car shakes when i press on the breaks

The most likely cause is a warped or unevenly worn disc (front brakes) or drum (rear brakes on some models). Problems with the calipers can also cause intermittent grabbing, which would make that wheel vibrate.
A bad wheel bearing is another possibility; the bearing may intermittently lock up under the decelerating force from braking. In this case, you probably also have a rumbling noise at certain speeds from the offending bearing.
If the low traction or ABS light comes on when you get the brake and shake, the ABS may need repairs. This is a low-probability situation.
I recommend an inspection of each brake and wheel bearing. (Wheel lug problems may be involved, but you'll see those when you pull the wheel to look at the brake.) If there is visible wear on the drum or rotor, check to see if it still in allowable limits (any car parts store that does brake turning will be happy to measure it for you).

My ABS light is on all the time. The other day i felt the brake paddle shaking under my foot? Does that mean my brake is failing and how bad is this? Does ABS light on indicate a brake failure i.e. that...

The ABS light being on means that there is a problem with the ABS, but not the basic braking system. The "shaking" in the pedal you felt is probably a warped rotor. This common on Ford vehicles.
An ABS failure usually is related to the wheel sensors being defective or dirt buildup.

Having trouble with the brakes on my '90 Ford ranger. Replaced the master cylinder and still have very little braking power. Any help would be appreciated!

***Seek out professional help this vehicle is not safe to operate.***

Check the vacuum line going to the brake booster.

This is the big round chamber behind the master cylinder.

Hope this tip helps.

How to replace the brake light switch on a 1998 gmc sierra truck

Brake light switch is active by the brake paddle.

Before you start, take a picture or do a sketch of the spring or linkage around the brake paddle.

Move the seat back will give you better access.

Press the paddle and the inner side (closer to the firewall) of the paddle will activate the switch.

Please keep in mind there are fuse(s) to protect the lighting circuit.

Check all the fuses before you R&R the brake switch,
