You have a bad blower motor resistor.
Look under the dash on the passenger side right behind the glove box you will see the blower motor and just to the left of it you will see a four wire connector with the following wire colors BK/OG,BK/BL,BK/YE,and BK/WH. It will be held in by 2 screws.

Heater doesn t blow out any heat or air

If it is not blowing at all your problem is with the fan. It is mounted up under the passenger side. Typically about 6 screws hold on the cover and the fan is right under it. Pretty easy fix. When the fan is out I would test it first....after thought here...did you check the fuses?

I have a 1993 Honda Accord four door EX, and my problem is my fan is not not working and my car is over heating. So what could be the problem?

Most likely the fan is dead but before you change the cooling fan, just check the fuse to ensure it is not bown. You can also try to knock the fan motor with some kind of hard object like metal rod, if it works then it is time for the fan motor replacement as there is some faulty parts inside the fan motor.

The fan quit working on the heater,,fuse is not blown, this happened last year to and they put a new motor in

your fan receives a certain amount of power that is usually dumbed down by a resistor( a coil inside of ceramic), in most cases that resistor blows, and on some occasions "hi" setting will still work but not in all cases. im pretty sure last time i had one replaced it was about $80 at the garage but im not sure if that included labor or not

My 1995 Lumina is overheating all the time can only drive it a few blocks before heat gauge goes to the right all the way and hot light comes on. Had thermostat replaced and it seemed to help..for a...

When the heat gauge shows hot and the hot light comes on the cooling fans must come on therefore there is a problem with the fans. The fuses been replaced so that is ok just check if it is not blown again indicating a short circuit in the fans. If that is OK check the wiring leading to the motor if it is not disconnected somewhere. Look on the engine where the fan heat sensor is by following the wires from the fan and check the connection. Change the fan heat sensor as last resort.

I have a little bit of heat coming out of my vents but nothing major, what could my problem be????..I can change the setting but there is no high or low...just a small amount creeping out of the top vents

by setting do you mean the temperature setting or the fan speed?
if temperature setting then make sure that you're not low on coolant ... that can be the case and it doesn't show on the temp. gauge. If the fan isn't working there's a fuse for it or the switch could be broken.
