1993 audi 80 1.9 tdi cooling fans not connected

You won't know which until you check. Unlikely the wires. Fuse or sencer most likely. Check the large fuses first. If it is the fuse then check the wires as somthing the matter with them or the fan itself. Turn the fan with your hand (with engine turned off.) it should turn freely. If all this is ok then you need a senser.

What makes the tensioner (The one on top next to the fan) Bolt to snap? It has broken twice already. 1.9 TDi Audi 2002 model

To much tension on a faulty bolt. Go to the hardware store and get a grade 8 or better bolt. This one wont snap

2.5 tdi 5 cil. is good?

Audi A6 2,5 TDI 5 cil is a great car. The engine is one of Audi's most tested engines. But models before '96 will rust quite a bit, if you dont look af it. So look for rust and be sure that the drive-belt is replaced in time.

Fan belt tenshioners out of other models that would fit a audi

I'm not sure that there would be any other types that would suit, and the parts should be readily available. check the Dayco Webcatalogue, it even has pictures of the tensioners so you can see that you are getting the right one. Just click on the magnifying glass symbol beside "auxiliary tensioner" once you have the correct model loaded to access the pics.
Hope this helps, Mark.
