How do I correct wind noise on drivers side door / window 1999 Camry?

There may be a torn, missing, or loose door gasket. If you inspect the seal and find torn or missing segments, repair or replace. If the seal is intact, the the most likely cause is a gap in the door seal near the top rear of the door. This happens over time because the door frame can actually get bent slightly outward. It is so little as to not be visible, but you can hear the wind noise. The way to get the noise to stop is to open the door and roll the window all the way down. Then, holding the door firmly, grasp the upper rear corner and pull it inward (toward to the car). A couple of sharp tugs will usually do the trick. I know it sounds silly, but it works. BE SURE TO HAVE THE WINDOW DOWN OR YOU COULD SHATTER THE GLASS!
The door frame is quite thin compared to other car body parts and will bow/bend if you pull on it. Start out carefully and if you don't get the results you want, try again with more force.

Change turn signal flasher on 2006 Buick LaCrosse

turn signal flasher is usually located, in most vehicles, in or under and in back of the dashboard glove box, or in the area of the fuse box..which could be under the dash on the driver's side, or with the door open.... where the side dashboard meets the door frame on either driver's or passenger side.

I was opening my drivers door and the wind opened ... Now it closes but The bottom part is sticking "out" of the car ... And I can't open it all the way ... Cuz the door touches the front...

The wind likely bent your door framing where the hinge attaches. It seems like it is obviously bent downward just a little or it would not fasten. I would first try to adjust it by loosening the hinge bolts a little, not very much and either put something under the door-wooden block maybe then push down on the car or pull up on the door to see if you can align it better, or close the door and push in on the part that is sticking out. You may get lucky. Otherwise I would look for junk yard door.
