Your issue, according to my experience could be a sticking throttle cable or idle control valve.

My car doesnt want to start and idles up and down

I would start with looking for a vac leak and a dirty throttle body, and check the fuel pressure.
The idle air control valve could be faulty, it is how the computer controls idle speed.

Fuel pressure

With the 3.1 engine: Ignition on 52-59 psi, at idle 42-56 psi. With the 3.8 engine: Ignition on 48-54, at idle 38-51. Let me know if your's is supercharged the specs maybe different.
