The easiest way is to :-- Hondas have a code to activate the stereo system as a theft deterrent. You should have been supplied the code when you bought the vehicle. If you do not have the code in the documentation, you will have to provide the serial number from the unit itself and call your local Honda dealer who can get the code for you. You may also have to provide proof of ownership.
-------------------------
many of the users apply this system after the code is not and company donot provide the code:-- they put the sterio/radio unit in the freezer for a day or two. The low temp erased the memory and after leaving them in a warm moisture free area for another couple of days to 'dry out' would work fine with no code needed to 'boot'.
----------------
also try this code ,which helped many its a compitable code for radios in honda only :---44124
-------------------
one user Found The Code!!!! Check your glove compartment on the outerpanel leftside!!! Took five minutes!!and a flashlight.
---------------
if not found there then,Another place to try is the fuse boxe(s).user says I found my code under the lid of the fusebox under the hood. Like said the most common place is on the left in the glovebox. Another place is the underside of the change holder.

thanks.please do rate the solution.keep updated.thank you for using fixya.
first turn you ignition to the ACC position then move the gear selector lever to a lower gear then, gently pry the black panel which surronds your stereo form the bottom and it simply pops out, NO screws. Then gently unplug all the connectors on theback of this panel and remove panel. then you will see four screws(2 on each side) that hold the radio in place remove them and your done.
---------------------
the trim panel that surrounds the radio comes out. Be carefully pulling the panel. Step 1: put the transmission selector into low gear. Step 2: get your fingers in behind that trim panel down at the bottom by the gear selector, and pull it, it'll probably be tight--but it pops out.
After that you can see the screws the hold the radio!Â

The 'radio code' or 'anti-theft code' is actually in the glovebox. You will see a card that has 5 digit code on it.
Now, if the card is missing, you need to take the radio out and get the serial number of the radio and contact your dealer for the anti-theft code.
Now, if you have the code, here's what you need to do:
1. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
2. Turn on the audio unit, and make sure you see CODE in the display. If you don’t see this message, pull
the backup fuse for 1 minute, and then go back to step 1.
3. Turn off the audio unit.
4.Press and hold the 1 and 6 preset buttons, then turn on the audio unit. The display toggles between
two screens. The first screen displays a U and the first four digits of the serial number (for example,
U2200). The second screen displays an L and the last four digits of the serial number (for example,
L0055). Ignore the U and L, and write down all eight digits.
Here's another method:
1. Turn the ignition switch to ACC (I).
2. Turn on the audio unit, and make sure you see COdE in the upper display. If you don’t see this
message, pull the backup fuse for
1 minute, and then go back to step 1.
3. Turn off the audio unit.
4. Press and hold the top halves of the SEEK/SKIP and CH/DISC bars, and then press and release the
PWR/VOL knob. This display toggles between two screens. The first screen displays a U and the first
four digits of the serial number (for example, U2200). The second screen displays an L and the last four
digits of the serial number (for example, L0055). Ignore the U and L, and write down all eight digits.
5. Call Honda Dealer for Radio Code.
6. Use the TUNE knob to enter the first four digits of the anti-theft code into the audio unit. (Ignore the last
digit; it’s not used.) When you turn the TUNE knob, COdE disappears, and a single digit is displayed.
Turn the knob left or right to select each of the anti-theft code digits. When you press the TUNE knob,
the system beeps and accepts each digit as it spells out CODE on the display.
Have a great day!
