What is the fuse number for radio in 2007 vw jetta automatic

Not sure which fuse it is, but it will be in your manual in the glove box. Your radio may need reset, though. Volkswagen has anti-theft radios and in some instances you will need to have them reset. Your manual in the glovebox will tell you if your radio has this feature.

Do you know what fuse controles the radio, doors and dome lights in a 97 mustang?

The fuse you are looking for is located in the passenger compartment fuse panel. It will be in the number 8 position (see layout diagram below). That fuse covers both of the things you were looking for but also in the number 11 position is a separate fuse for just the radio. This should be in your owners manual if you have one. If you don't and would like a copy, you can email me at with your make model and year and I will be happy to email you a copy. Don't worry, no cost to you. I hope this helps and good luck.

I have blown the fuse for the radio and i need to know what fuse it is

The radio fuse is located in the fuse panel inside the car. If you open your drivers side door you can see on the side of the dash where the fuses are. after you remove the cover plate it will be in the number 29 position. That fuse if you are looking from the bottom outside the vehicle on the bottom there are two fuses that are sideways. the 29 position will be on the far left row the second one up from that sideways fuse on the bottom and is a 10 amp fuse (or should be anyway). I hope this helped and good luck.

Battery keep going dead last a week or so

Okay this i had the same problem. First charge the battery until its fully charged. Install it back in the car leaving the positive terminal off. In a dark garage or at night tap the positive to the positive terminal on the battery . If you see a spark? It will be small but visable. You have something drawing power. So go to the fuse box and pull one fuse out and try the tapping positve terminal do this throughout . If you come to a fuse that stops the spark you are having? Thats the culperate. Look at the diagram in you car manual or some fuse boxes have what they are on the box itself. What ever it says it is example (radio) (dome light) look further into it. Have you installed an aftermarket radio recently? All after market radios have two 12v wires one is for constant power and one is for accessories (work with the key). If these are connected wrong? It will kill the battery.
Please leave me an awesome feedback.

Look in the owners manual (look up fuses in the index) or go to your local library and they should have a manual or they should have an "AllData" system.
I just don't understand why everyone wants to know where the fuses go? If you're redesigning the electrical system then great, you also need a schematics. But if you're trying to troubleshoot something that doesn't work, there may be more fuses then what the fuse panel calls out. For example: Radio - one fuse is shown for the radio when in fact there are three that affect it's operation.
This is the best way to do it. Buy a 12 volt test light. Turn on the ignition and probe both sides of the fuse. Both sides light up, it is good. If neither side lights, connect your light to the positive termanel and probe the fuse again, if both sides light up, it is controlling a ground circuit and is good. And check all the fuses in both the fuse panel under the dash and under the hood. That will tell you if you have any blown fuses. If you need help troubleshooting a particular system then let me know, but do the fuse check first.
I hope this works for you and have a nice day!
