Under the seat is a thin wire that goes from one side to the other it has most likely broke you need to find the secondary lock it was connected to and release it to move the seat but you must also release the main lock so i suggest replacing the wire . THIS IS FOR MANUEL SEATS
now as for power seats you will have to locate the power lead wire and make sure it is not broke if so you can replace the connecter with an aftermarket one and it may work again

your problem is a part called a clock spring located underneath the steering wheel.best to have a shop replace it for you, special wheel puller is required to remove the steering wheel, this part carries wires for all controls and air bag that are control by the steer wheel buttons.

Driver seat is stuck all the way back.

Sounds like you have something stuck in the seat track look under the seat with a flash light to see if any thing binding the seat from moveing or if something looks broken and is stuck in the track spray with WD40 that will also help then work it back and forth until it starts moveing freely

The heater core can partially plug (internally) causing heat from only one side of the dash vents. You can try to flush just the heater core itself, but most of the time the heater core asy requires replacement.
