Car runs like is missing, Hesitant to start @ times

Car kinda shakey like it is about to kill at times. Sometimes it takes a couple of cranks to get it started. We have changed spark plugs and fuel filter. It has helped some but car is not running at optimal performance. What else should we check? 2005 Chevey Impala V Douglas

Cannot diagnose or run temp. Sealer for what i believe is head blown because car wont start it cranks but sputters and kills battery?

Sounds like head gasket again, but may be more serious this time. Overheating is not something to take lightly.

Pull plugs. crank. Water come out of cylinders? Head gasket. Possible cracked block or head this time, too. I'd be looking at a replacement engine.

It will turn over but wont kick. Changed ecu, ecm, computer, injectors. could it be a bad starter or alternator?

If you have spark and fuel it should run. If it won't run, and mileage/KMs are high you may have a problem with the timing belt. Should be changed around 100K and can skip a tooth which will keep it from starting.

check crank sensor, and ecm. Both by just tapping on the sensor (wooden dowel works good) with the car running. Kinda hard to get at ,behind the front lower pully,be careful, taking the serp belt off helps .If the sensor is bad it will stumble or quit when you tap it . Same with the computer, should be able to get at it by tilting the glove box door down.

Is the service engine light on?
If so, take the car to your local Auto Zone or Advance Auto Parts store and ask them to scan your car for trouble codes, they will do it for you at no charge.
Write the codes down and reply back, we can get started diagnosing.
Let me know.

1991 Toyota Previa starts sometimes but not others

Steve I had similar problem not too long ago about a week to be precise. Your alternator is beginning to go bad. You might service or better still replace it.
