Left side full beam not woring on SAAB 95 2000

Hi.
On my SAAB 95 year 2000 the left hand full beam does not work. I think it is one of two things. Either the headlight control box is kaput (the orange box looking like the relays but twice the height). Or there is a cable failure between the relay and the headlight control box. I believe it is the latter. Reason being that I can identify the in-feed to the control box for the right hand side full beam but not for the left hand side. So can someone tell me which of the positions on the headlight control box is the in-feed from the full beam relay for the left hand full beam head light? I can then determine exactly what the problem is. I need to MOT on Saturday (16th of May) and I can not afford to leave the car at a mechanic. Your help is highly appreciated. Thanks, Martin.

Might as well check the orange headlight control unit first, as it is an extremely common issue, and will only take you 20 minutes. Here is a step by step tutorial with pictures to examine and repair it. The tutorial is from a 1995 900 but is fully applicable to your car.

Help Only one headlight working

It could be a broken wire on the wire harness or a bad fuse.

I have a wiring problem.

Need your make and model. Usually low/high beam lights have 3 inputs. While high beam only lights have only two. Every make/model has different color schemes so that's why it's important to have full make/model. Someone with experience could easily do it with a multi-meter. It's all 12 volts. One ground, two hot wires one for low one for high.

Low Beam Drivers Side doesn't work ... low voltage,

Power for the headlights on the Left side (High and low beam.) comes from the same fuse... The ORANGE wire and the ORANGE/BLACK are the same, they connect in the harness. If you only lack the 12v to make the light work connect them at the headlight assembly.

If your low beam also lacks ground the Left low beam ground is shared with the right low beam ground... Run a wire from left low beam DARK BLUE to right low beam DARK BLUE/WHITE.

If its not working now then your cursed, seek a witch doctor.

How do you change a front headlight on a 2005 hyundai elantra

This is an 'inside' job. Open the hood and you will see on the back of the light a clip. Remove this and the bulb will fall out. BUT you should wear gloves to replace the new bulb! Never touch it with bare hands! This is not an easy job! You will more than likely think you have the wroung part!

Audi A4 2002 Low beams & Right front turn signal stopped working

For Audi A4 the fuse box is located on the left side of dashboard behind a plastic cover (for left hand steering wheel vehicle). On inner face of the plastic cover you will find the fuse diagram.
First fuse on first row from left upper corner is Fuse Nr.20 = F20 (15A) - RH headlamp low beam, headlamp adjustment.
First fuse on second row from left upper corner is Fuse Nr.21 = F21 (15A) - LH headlamp low beam, headlamp adjustment.

2005 P71 LEFT HI BEAM DOES NOT WORK. RELACED THE BULB AND STILL DOES NOT WORK. CAN I JUMP A WIRE FROM THE RIGHT SIDE TO THE LEFT SIDE TO MAKE IT WORK?

Is a quick fix but will not solve the problem of why and in the long run you could overload the wire carrying voltage to your left high beam causing both to not work
