SOURCE: car wont turn
i presume what you are saying is you hear the starter engage but the motor doesn't turn over. get a boost and try starting the car. if it will not turn over then... have someone turn the key while another person taps the starter with a hammer. if it starts then you need to replace the starter.

The ECU has lost your key-codes or the ignition (anti-theft device) is broken... When u put your key in the ignition the security light should go out.

Check the starting circuit. Start at the battery. Load test it (or have the auto parts store do it...most perform this test for free). If that is ok, check the wires to the starter solenoid. Look for loose connections, bolts, and/or corrosion. If you have power there, and it will not crank, It should be your starter or solenoid. It will be sold to you rebuilt or new and will come complete as one unit as the solenoid is integral to the starter. Make sure you do not have an alarm that is armed. I think that is a non issue on this particular year. My best guess is that the starter needs a replacement and that you should service the connections from thje battery to the starter and be back on the road.

Yes. Then
First check fuses. (Injector fuse, fuel pump fuse, head or main engine relay) It's not bad idea to check all fuses.
If all fuses're good (Not blow/burn)
-Next check spark and fuel.
