Question about 1994 Honda Civic Del Sol
I had the front driver side strut replaced on my Honda Del Sol and immediately lost all braking ability at random times, especially when I first start up the car.
What most likely happened is when the strut was replaced the brake line/hose was open to be removed from strut. when ever the brake lines are open the entire braking system needs to be bleed. This can be done by pumping brake pedal and holding in the down position and with a 10mm wrench opening int brake caliper bleeder screws and letting the air out of the system. Repeat this until the only a stream of pure brake fluid is seen coming out of caliper. Make sure to keep brake reservoir full at all time. Good luck and thanks for using FIX YA
