Question about 1997 Ford Escort
Orginally my 1997 ford escort cut out and died had it towed to a car shop. replace the fuel filter 11.00+labor 20.00, ran a fiat diagnosis scope 81.00+. total 130.00. ran for about 25 miles and died again. I want to know where to fuel filter is located. And how would I know if they in fact changed the filter?
If it (THE FILTER) doesn't say "MOTORCRAFT" on it then they changed it, THE FILTER IS LOCATED UNDER THE HOOD TO REAR OF ENGINE ON DRIVERS SIDE.
